Rush was wrong!

Rush was wrong to call  Georgetown law student Sandra Fluke a slut. She claims to spend over $1000 a year on contraceptives. She can get a months worth of oral contraceptives(generic) at Walmart for $5. I am sure that she wouldn't expect us to buy her anything better. That leaves $940, but she would still remain unprotected from STDs. So she should probably use condoms as well.  If she were to buy condoms on-line at Amazon she can get 144 condoms for less than $32. With the $940 she could purchase more than 4230 condoms. This means she could average sex 11 times a day and still have some condoms left over to double-bag the lice-infested Occupy Fleabagger she may decide shag on occasion.

Of course, she get all this for less at the local Government and Susan G. Komen funded abortion clinic.

So Rush was wrong. She is not a slut. She is either a sex addict or this was all simply hyperbole used to stir up controversy. You decide.

Memo to President Obama and Speaker Pelosi: Words have meanings

I am a tea partier. I have attended several tea parties in protest of your socialist agenda and runaway spending. I am not a teabagger, which as we all know, is a term about a vulgar sexual act.
The term "teabagger" was popularized in the Jurassic media by people like Jeneane Garofalo. That term is as irrelevant to her life experiences as discernible talent. For the record, from now on you can refer to us as Freedom Fighters, Captitalist, Defenders of the Constitution, or simply Tea Partiers. We are not teabaggers! We do not gargle male genatalia!

Words have meaning. Not just the words the two of you use, but also the words that you don't like; Socialism, terrorism, communism, Freedom, Liberty and fiscal responsibility.

President Obama, shut-up and step aside!

I heard President Obama say during a recent fund-raising speech on the left coast that he wants those who caused these economic problems to quit talking, step aside, and let other people fix them. My question for him is: When are he, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, John McCain, Lindsay Graham, George Voinovich, Barney Frank, Marcy Kaptur, Chris Dodd and the rest of the ruling class elitists that voted for Porkulas I, TARP, or Cap and Trade(tax) going to step aside, shut up and let the freedom-loving free market captitalists have an opportunity to fix the mess. Let these reformers be limited only by their energy and the U.S. Constitution which is the law of the land. Those in government should consider the Constitution a blueprint and not an instrument that impedes their power.

We the people want our freedoms back!!

Another whopper ?

I believe that if truth supported the Government take-over of health care, Obama would use as his arguments. Rather he uses arguments that are not true. Whether he is lying or he simply gets his facts wrong, I will leave to the reader to decide.

President Obama was on all the irrelevant TV network Sunday shows on September 20th.. One of the shows he was on "This Week with George Stephanopoulos". George asked him if the mandate for all Americans to purchase health insurance was a tax. Obama said that caring for uninsured people costs every family $900 more in premiums. That is obfuscation at best. In less than 15 minutes of research, I was able to dispel that myth. As usual I could not rely on the media to fact-check Obama's claims.

The actual cost of uncompensated care is 6% of total hospital revenue. Uncompensated care is defined as charity care, which is care for patients the hospital knows in advance will not be able to pay , combined with uncollectable bad debts. This 6% figure has remained relatively constant for 30 years.

Under compensated care, which is the amount billed but not reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid, etc., has been increasing steadily and has resulted in 15% cost shift to commercial payers. This has resulted in a 10.6% increase in commercial health insurance premiums. The end result is that employers have had to pay $1,115 more and the individual has had to pay $297 more.

In summary, it isn't the uninsured that is causing the rising cost in insurance premiums. It is the Government's inability to pay for what it has already promised the citizens. Isn't that reason enough to defeat any Government health care proposal?

So, Barack Obama admittedly did not all of the details regarding the arrest of Harvard Professor Gates, yet he accused the Cambridge police of acting stupidly anyhow.

Kennedys best and worst - 40 years later

Almost everyone over the age of 40 has a strong opinion of the Kennedy clan.
In 1969, 40 years ago, we saw evidence of the good that the Kennedys have done and the very worst.

On May 25th 1961, John F. Kennedy challenged this nation to put a man on the moon by the end of the '60s decade. That goal was accomplished with four and half months to spare and almost 6 years after the death of JFK.

On July 18th 1969, 2 days before man first set foot on the moon, Ted Kennedy drove his car off of a bridge after a long day of partying. Rather than summon the help that could have saved the life of his female companion, he decided to save his own alcohol-pickled skin.

Obama, Sotomayor, and Soda Crackers

Obama's choice for the Supreme Court is telling. Not only does his selection show his disdain for the Constitution, but it also shows his disdain for white people. The Ricci decision is illustrative of both. Sotomayor's comments about Latino women being wiser than white men is racist on its face.

Obama's choice for SCOTUS is only one reason that his administration is not going to be friendly to us crackers. God help us all.

Constitutional Act?

Obama's takeover of the nations automobile industry is not constitutional. Nor is the firing of GM's Chairman of the Board, Rick Wagoner. As long as he is violating the U.S. Constitution, why doesn't he go ahead and fire Barney Frank and Chris Dodd. They deserved to be fired infinitely more than Wagoner due to their gross malfeasance which eventually led to the current financial collapse.

Granted there can be a lot blame deflected to those who are responsible for the current housing financing crisis. The genesis of the issue can be traced back to the early stages of the George W. Bush administration as seen here.

As it is implicated in the video and as I have enumerated in the past, much 0f the blame for the current financial crisis can be traced back to the malfeasance of Barney Frank(D), MA and Chris Dodd(D), CT.. I can't believe that both of them were blind-stupid enough not believe any of the predictions that are enumerated in the news story referenced above. I do believe that Sen. Dodd, Rep Barney Frank, and President Obama along with the mainstream media are conspiring to alter the future of our Republic by orchestrating a grand scheme to bring down our capitalist system by overwhelming the system with a unsustainable run on our welfare system.

This is a far cry from the glory days of the modern Democratic Party which can illustrated by the tyraids of Rep. Thomas Lantros(D), CA when he suggested that the Clinton Security Office Chief, Craig Livingstone have a similar outcome that befell Navy Adm. Jeremy Boorda.

Considering the breadth and scope of the problems caused by the malfeasance of Sen. Dodd and Rep. Frank, I am sure that fellow Democrat Thomas Lantos would agree that if their demise was similar to that of Adm. Boorda, it would be appropriate. Of course, I believe that it can't happen soon enough.

Fiscal Responsibility

I just found out that President Barak H. Obama is holding a Fiscal Responsibility Summit on Monday February 23rd.

Isn't that analogous to Adolf Hitler hosting a Human Rights summit?

Obama is a liar !!!!

I hate to say that, but it is true. The "Stimulus" package is being sold to the American public in a fashion that is similar to the way AlGore presents Global Warming. The debate should be over.

Obama claims that all economists, both conservative and liberal, agree with Obama's approach to stimulus spending. Facts do not support his claim. Many economists, including Nobel Laureates Ed Prescott, James Buchanan, and Vernon Smith and some of my favorites like; Arthur Laffer, Walter Williams, and John Lott, Jr. have all signed a letter opposing this legistlation. One might ask why the president would orchestrate such a fraud on the American public. I submit that it is because Obama and the Democrats in Congress are implementing the Cloward-Piven Strategy.

If this strategy is going to be thwarted, great efforts by many patriots will be required. I will start by letting everyone that I know, that I feel that this stategy has been unleased.

Sorry that I haven't posted lately. Truth be told, the economic crises contributed to a severe depression. By the grace of God, I started to recover from that when my mother passed away.

Now that all of that is behind me ( I am over the clinical depression even though I feel that an economic depression is at hand), I am going focus my efforts on reporting and commenting on some of the more outrageous, harmful, misguided, and destructive policies that will be coming from the powers-that-be in Washington.

If the first three weeks of the B.H. Obama administration is any indication, I may posting quite frequently.

Missed Opportunity

Of course, I believe that Gov. Palin won the debate tonight. Finally, the McCain campaign let Palin be Palin. The biggest missed opportunity was one of the last questions asked by the "impartial" Gwen Ifill. The question was whether or not there was an issue during your career when you had a change of heart. Biden talked about what he felt the Senate's role was about approving Judicial appointments. He said that he originally believed that the Senates role was to simply verify the nominee's experience, education and the history of their career. Which of course, is their constitutional role. He said that he later chose to apply litmus test based upon their judicial philosophy. He said that he did this while he was Chairman of the Judicial Committee when Robert Bork was before the committee for approval.

Who, other than Sarah Palin, can empathize more with Judge Bork! Gov. Palin has been "borked" more than any other person in recent history. The other thing that Judge Bork and Governor Palin have in common is the reason that they have been "borked".

Rep. Marcy Kaptur (D OH 9th) and I actually agree on something - the first time since NAFTA was passed. She and agree that once the dust settles on this bailout fiasco, Congress should create and fund the Emergency Financial Crimes Unit. I believe that Jamie Gorelick should be made chairman of this agency. Yes, this is the same Jamie Gorelick that drafted the "don't ask don't tell" policy while in the Clinton DOD. Also, the same Gorelick that was one of the architects of the wall of separation that enabled the 9/11 terrorist to roam free in the U.S., even though the CIA knew they were here. You read the memo and decide for yourself. Ms. Gorelick was an Asst. Attorney General at that point. And the reason the wall was put up had nothing to do with counter-terrorism efforts. It had everything to do with protecting her boss, President William Clinton, from charges of illegal foreign campaign contributions from the likes of John Huang and Charlie Trie.

The 9/11 Commission was never told of Gorelick's memo, so they could never ascertain what role that may have played on the terrorist attacks. That didn't stop the commission from placing loads of blame elsewhere. Gorelick is Teflon.

From 1997 to 2003, Gorelick was Vice Chairman of Fannie Mae. During her tenure there, Fannie Mae was charged with a $10 billion dollar accounting scandal that resulted in a $9 billion loss. Gorelick made $26,466,834 while at FNMA. Gorelick is Teflon.

This is exactly why I want Gorelick to lead the Emergency Financial Crimes Unit. To remain Teflon, she will give up Raines, Johnson, Frank, Dodd and the others that are guilty of defrauding the U.S. taxpayers out of billions. As far as justice for Gorelick, I will let God decide her fate.

Bailout failure

I am glad the bailout failed. I don't believe that we should let the people that our responsible for this mess to be in control of the bailout. I know that John McCain said that we should be more concerned with fixing the problem rather than fixing the blame. No one is in any hurry to get to the root of the problem. Why? It is because of the racial component that no one wants to discuss.

Review this video that was taped in 2004. The racial component of this issue was clear as early as 2004. The gaul of Nancy Pelosi to blame President Bush and the Republicans for this mess! Barney Frank, Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, should be removed from his leadership post(at the very least). He is in this mess way past his eyeballs. One of his ex-boyfriends was an executive at Fannie Mae. Another was running an gay escort service out of Franks apartment. That earned Frank a reprimand in 1990. Frank has a lot of nerve being out in front on this issue. A decent man would have faded to the background by now.

Oil the fuel of Capitalism

Oil is the fuel of Capitalism. Barak H. Obama does not want to drill for more oil. Nancy Pilosi went on vacation to sell her books rather than agreeing to allow her collegues to hear the debate about domestic drilling. Actually, it isn't the debate that she is afraid of - she is afraid that she would loose the vote to the Republicans.

Why don't the Dems want more oil. You do the math. More Oil = More Capitalism. Less Oil=Less Capitalism. Less Capitalism = more Socialism.

More Niggardly President

Whoever gets elected President needs to be more niggardly then our current President. The future of our Republic is at stake.

On another topic. Corn is food, not fuel. The current ethanol production is driving food prices up, which is causing unrest in third world countries. When is this madness going to stop?

Speaking of madness. Al Gore is getting rich from the Global Warming Hoax.
His net worth has increased 100 fold since loosing the Presidential campaign.

CO2 is a botanical nutrient. Not a pollutant! Also, many scientist feel that CO2 is a result of warming and not the cause.

Test of the Second Amendment

The Supreme Court of the United States heard a case this week whether or not the Washington DC gun ban is unconstitutional. The Attorneys General of 13 States have filed friend of the Court briefs because they know that if the ban is upheld, the rights of their citizens will be violated. This is the most important test of the Second Amendment in my nearly 50 years.

The Second Amendment is very short, but it is the most misunderstood part of the Bill of Rights.

"A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

My thoughts are these. The Bill of Rights were put in order of importance by the Framers. There are three basic reasons Framers felt this was needed; self protection, citizen militias, and the ultimate protection against a tyrannical government. It is of the utmost importance to remember the intent of the Framers when deciding these cases. I hope that the Supreme Justices do as well before making their decision in June. I also hope that in June, we will be reading majority decisions written by Justice Scalia and or Justice Thomas.
